In spring 2019, a group of teachers and students from the departments of Site-Specific Art and Painting & Animation Film at the University of Applied Arts Vienna travelled from Beijing to Moscow by train. Using the productive tension of a very limited space and a very expanded mobility, they transformed the compartments of the Trans-Siberian Railway into their studios and engaged in the production of new work, now shown here at Mauve.
